Zoflora have partnered with the charity Caudwell Children, whose mission is to transform the lives of disabled children and their families, enabling them to challenge the barriers they face throughout childhood. Zoflora has commissioned the design and build of an inclusive sensory garden, as part of the charity’s ‘Our House Appeal’ project to create The Caudwell International Children’s Centre in Keele, Staffordshire – the UK’s first purpose-built centre for multi-disciplinary therapy programmes for childhood disability and research of neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism.
Zoflora has been used around family homes for almost a century, protecting them from bacteria and viruses, and leaving them beautifully fragrant. Zoflora helps to protect family health and wellbeing, a message which is mirrored by Caudwell Children in their amazing work. This new brand partnership highlights the importance of looking after one another, and will enable Zoflora to support Caudwell Children’s mission to help disabled children and their families across the UK.
RHS Gold medal and BBC People’s Choice award-winning landscape architects Adam White and Andrée Davies return to RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show for the first time in ten years.
Inspired by a desire to reconnect more children to nature and to promote more therapeutic landscapes, they have committed to bringing the Zoflora and Caudwell Children’s Wild Garden to life.

Our aim was to create a garden inspired by the designs of the Caudwell Children themselves, so we spent an exciting day with them. Want to see the workshop come to life?
Watch the Video
The woodland stream gently flows through rocks and away into the woodland. Edged with tiny plants and stones, just enough water will emerge to float a little boat made from leaves. Dipping your fingers or toes is encouraged.
The Boulder Chair
Hand carved out of a 3 tonne glacial boulder, climb inside and relax. Hear your voice echo and watch the world go by.
A giant three tonne, carefully centred rock is perfectly balanced to enable it to be rotated with just one finger. An enjoyable and fulfilling sensation. Here the planting quietly begins to come to life, to introduce new shapes, colours and fragrances.
Tree Top Nests
From the woodland pathway a ramp flanked by trees leads up to the giant birds nest, which offers a different perspective as you look out over the treetops and up to the sky. The walkway and nest sit on an earth mound surrounded by sensory planting.
The Fragrance Trail
Five stainless steel pots will be located throughout the garden, each their own fragrance. Each represents one of the beautiful elements of Zoflora’s new Limited Edition fragrance, Lavender Escape.
Peek down the periscope and see the hidden magical world inside the mushroom cave.

The Hampton Court Palace Flower Show is the largest flower show in the world. The Show is held in early July, and run by the Royal Horticultural Society at Hampton Court Palace in southwest London. The show features show gardens, floral marquees and pavilions, talks and demonstrations on the north and south sides of the Long Water in Hampton Court Park.
The £18m Caudwell International Children’s Centre is opening to help cope with lack of support for autistic children and their families in the UK.
Purpose-built with autistic people in mind, it will include state-of-the-art assessment suites, family training suites as well as the Zoflora & Caudwell Children Wild Garden; a sensory garden to help children interact with nature.
