Zoflora Concentrated Multipurpose Disinfectant
Undiluted Zoflora can be poured down ceramic and metal sinks, drains and toilets to kill bacteria and viruses, whilst also eliminating odours.

Zoflora disinfectant can also be diluted and used as a spray to create fragrant freshness throughout the home. Do not allow contact with polished wood, painted, varnished or composite granite surfaces. Zoflora is not recommended for use on concrete, concrete imprint driveways, patios, or other dyed outdoor surfaces.

Zoflora Multipurpose Disinfectant Cleaner
The convenient, ready to use spray is perfect for clean ups all around your home and workplace. Zoflora Multipurpose Disinfectant Cleaner can be used wherever grease and grime are found, such as fridges, hobs, and worktops. As well as cutting through grease and grime, this format also kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses including the COVID-19 virus (SARS-CoV-2), whilst eliminating odours and filling spaces with beautiful fragrance for 24 hours.

Zoflora Disinfectant Mist
Zoflora Disinfectant Mist can be used all over your home to quickly and easily KILL GERMS Beautifully. It’s suitable to use on soft furnishings to disinfect sofas, throws and pet bedding, as well as killing 99.9% of viruses and bacteria on hard surfaces, such as door handles . As with all Zoflora products, it also eliminates odours and fills spaces with beautiful fragrance for 24 hours. It’s also touch-dry in 45 seconds!

*Zoflora is not suitable for use on polished wood, painted, varnished or composite granite surfaces. Zoflora is not recommended for use on concrete, concrete imprint driveways, patios or other dyed outdoor surfaces.

Dilute Zoflora Concentrated Multipurpose Disinfectant 1 to 40 with water. One capful (10ml) of any bottle size – 120ml/250ml/500ml – will make approximately 400ml of full-strength disinfectant.

Zoflora Concentrated Multipurpose Disinfectant should be diluted 1 in 40 with water, and retains its germ killing power for 2 weeks from dilution.

Zoflora can be used neat down toilet bowls, drains and plugholes to eliminate odours and kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria.

Yes, Zoflora Concentrated Multipurpose Disinfectant can be used in homes with septic tanks.

Do not mix Zoflora with other chemicals or cleaning products. This usage is untested and could be dangerous.

Unfortunately, we have never tested this method, so we are unable to recommend mixing different Zoflora fragrances.

We do not recommend using Zoflora Concentrated Multipurpose Disinfectant in any electrical appliances. The undiluted form of the product is highly flammable, and this method is not tested.

We have also launched a Zoflora designed specifically for pet owners. Zoflora Fresh Home Odour Remover and Disinfectant helps to tackle unpleasant pet odours within the home while still removing 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. This includes our Green Valley, Coastal Breeze and Mountain Air fragrances which have been specifically developed to be better tolerated by your pet’s delicate sense of smell.

From time to time we like to add new fragrances to the range, and this means that we have to discontinue others. Unfortunately, Wallflower, Flowershop, Lily Fresh, Cool & Fresh and Carnation fragrances are now no longer available. Please see the products section of this website for more details.

A disinfectant is a substance which contains chemicals that kill viruses and bacteria. Zoflora concentrated antibacterial disinfectant has a unique triple action formula which kills viruses and bacteria with an effective odour neutraliser and a selection of bespoke, high-quality fragrances.

Zoflora products can be used as often as required throughout the home to keep surfaces and areas hygienically clean and smelling fresh.

The active ingredient is benzalkonium chloride.

We are constantly exposed to various microorganisms in our daily lives. Most of these microorganisms are harmless, and some actually help to keep us healthy. But some microorganisms can be harmful and cause real health hazards such as food poisoning, sickness and diarrhoea, and coughs and colds.

These harmful microorganisms are known as 'germs'. These "germs" live all around us on surfaces, in the air, in plants, pets and people. Examples of harmful microorganisms include:

• bacteria e.g. salmonella, which can cause food poisoning
• viruses e.g. rhinovirus, which can cause colds
• fungi e.g. candida, which can cause thrush

Disinfection reduces the number of microorganisms to a level not harmful to health. When diluted 1 part Zoflora to 40 parts water, Zoflora antibacterial disinfectant kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria found in the home. Alternatively, refill your Zoflora Multipurpose Disinfectant Cleaner bottle with diluted Zoflora Concentrated Disinfectant.

• With dry hands drop the 9 ml Concentrated pod capsule into a clean and empty spray bottle.
• Fill with 750ml warm water.
• Screw the spray top back on tightly and shake to activate. The pod will dissolve within 7 minutes.
• Stick the two labels from inside the carton to your spray bottle.
6. Your product is ready to use!

When you purchase a Zoflora Concentrated Pod the carton will include:
- One single pod to make a 750ml multipurpose cleaner.

Yes, you need to ensure the trigger bottle is empty and rinsed out before dropping the pod in.

Once the Zoflora Concentrated Pod has been dissolved it lasts up to 2 years.

Yes, the Concentrated Pod will still perform. It may just take longer to dissolve.

Film coating particles that are still to dissolve. Simply shake and they should fully disperse into solution.

The ultra concentrated formula allows re-use of a trigger spray bottle, reducing plastic waste by 99% (per pack).

You can use Zoflora Antibacterial Multipurpose Cleaner in your kitchen and bathroom for use on worktops, hobs, toilets, sinks, baths, and hard tiled floors. Do not use on polished wood, painted surfaces, metal plated surfaces plated fittings, enamel, porous materials. Rinse food preparation surfaces thoroughly after use. Patch test on an inconspicuous area before use if unsure.

When correctly diluted, Zoflora antibacterial disinfectant, and all the other Zoflora products in the range can be used around children. However, undiluted Zoflora is harmful if it comes into contact with the skin or is swallowed, so always keep the container out of the sight and reach of children.

When correctly diluted, Zoflora disinfectant may be used where most pets are kept. It will kill 99.9% of bacteria and eliminate unpleasant odours. Do not allow pets to lick or walk on newly treated surfaces - keep them off until everywhere is dry. When disinfecting pet toys/feeding bowls, rinse thoroughly after disinfection and dry before returning to the animal. Zoflora is not suitable for use in vivaria or other housing where reptiles are kept. Use disinfectants safely. Always read the label and product information before use.

Undiluted Zoflora antibacterial disinfectant may cause sensitisation or irritation when it comes into contact with the skin and it is recommended to wear rubber gloves when using. If splashed in the eyes or on the skin, wash well with water and consult a doctor. Wash your hands after use.

Zoflora Carpet Fresh & Care Foam is a fast-acting formula that lifts dirt from the fibres of carpets, rugs and upholstery. 

Through deep clean action, Zoflora Carpet Fresh & Care Foam provides an easy way to clean and freshen high traffic areas all around the home, effectively eliminating trapped odours to replace with indulgent, room-filling fragrance. 

You can use the product to clean and refresh by working product in with a cloth or sponge. Or, simply use to freshen up and fragrance, spraying the foam on the surface with no need to work in or vacuum.

Perfect for use on heavy traffic areas where there is a build up of dirt, such as hallways, stairs, living room etc. Zoflora Carpet Fresh & Care Foam can also be used to remove light stains.

For best results:

1. On first use, ensure the seal is broken
2. Shake the can well. 
3. Spray the foam evenly and approximately 50cm away from the surface.
4. Work the product in with a colourfast cloth or sponge, paying attention to dirty or stained areas – no need to vacuum!

No. You can also use this product as a freshener to eliminate trapped odours and replace with lasting fragrance. No need to vacuum.

Zoflora carpet care foam in designed to be used on soft surfaces such as carpets and upholstery. Do not use on materials unsuitable for wet cleaning. However we always advise to patch test in an inconspicuous area before use

Patch test first on a hidden area to ensure compatibility. Do not use on velvet, velour, leather, silk or materials unsuitable for wet cleaning

The drying time will depend on the fabric type, thickness, amount applied and the climate.

Zoflora Carpet Fresh and Care Foam can remove or reduce the appearance of oxidisable stains, such as tea, red wine, coffee. Apply the product to the stain and work in with a colourfast cloth or sponge.

The product isn’t a biocide. So doesn’t contain an “active” substance as such.

Zoflora Carpet Fresh and Care Foam, is most effective on light soils and stains. The effectiveness of the clean depends on how heavy the soil is.

The Disinfectant Mist is a ready to use gassed product which produces a fine quick drying mist. The disinfectant performance and odour elimination is the same as the concentrate format in its diluted form.

You can use Zoflora Disinfectant Mist in and around your home on hard and soft surfaces; use on worktops, bins, door handles, car seats, sofas, carpets, mattresses etc. Do not use on polished wood, acrylic plastic, plated metal and leather. Patch test on an inconspicuous area first if unsure. Do not saturate fabrics.

This product has been designed as a surface cleanser, we recommend it is always used in short bursts and in well ventilated areas. It can be used as an air freshener in the home as long as these usage instructions are followed.

You should never keep aerosols inside cars even in winter as temperatures can rise causing pressure changes in the can. When transporting please place in the boot.

This product has not been evaluated for air sanitisation, it has been designed as a hard surface disinfectant.

The mist will sanitise soft surfaces, however we cannot support the 99.9% kill of bacteria and viruses on soft surfaces. This claim is only relevant for hard surfaces.

No, as per instructions on pack the mist should not be used on or close to heat or ignition sources.

We do not advise mixing with other chemicals. It is good practice before using the disinfectant mist to ensure surfaces are clean/dry and free of any residue.

No, the disinfectant mist is touch dry on hard surfaces after 45 seconds (allow a longer drying time for soft surfaces), No rinsing or wiping is necessary after use.

Similar to the Zoflora Antibacterial Multi-Surface Cleaning Wipes, Zoflora Antibacterial Floor Wipes are a convenient format for quick, effortless cleaning. The sheet size is larger to ensure full coverage of larger floor areas. 

Remove heavy soiling before use. Wipe directly onto floor or attach to compatible mop ensuring full coverage. Allow surfaces to remain wet for 5 minutes to kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria. After use reseal and store pack face up.

Zoflora Antibacterial Floor Wipes are made from 100% cellulose fibres sourced from responsibly managed forests.

You can use Zoflora Antibacterial Floor Wipes on surfaces including vinyl, ceramic tiles, linoleum, sealed wooden floors and sealed laminate floors. Do not use on carpet, upholstery, fabric, wood, aluminium, painted or porous surfaces, marble, natural stone or enamel. Patch test on an inconspicuous area first if unsure.

Store pack facing upwards in cool, dry environment.

Zoflora Antibacterial Floor Wipes should be disposed of with your household waste, so that they reach a landfill site where they will biodegrade. Do not flush and don’t recycle.

Zoflora Antibacterial Floor Wipes biodegrade >90% in a landfill environment according to ASTM D5511.

ASTM D5511 is the Standard Test Method for Determining Anaerobic Biodegradation of Plastic Materials Under High-Solids Anaerobic-Digestion Conditions. The test method was chosen as it simulates landfill conditions and this is the intended disposal environment for Zoflora Antibacterial Floor Wipes. While the test method references plastics, Zoflora Antibacterial Floor Wipes do not themselves contain any plastic.

Unfortunately, the Zoflora Antibacterial Floor Wipes packaging is not currently biodegradable or recyclable. The packaging is a mix of plastics required to ensure a good seal and moisture barrier to help keep the wipes fresh. We continue to work to find a more sustainable solution.

Slight discoloration over time has been observed with this product when we use selected fragrances. This does not impact the cleaning performance, germ kill or fragrance quality of the product. Your product is fine to use as normal. Its common for fragrance oils to be slightly coloured which can sometimes be seen in our products.

This can happen when stored at cold temperatures. This does not impact the cleaning performance, germ kill or fragrance quality of the product. You should observe the product clearing as it returns to room temp.

Ensure the trigger nozzle is turned to the spray icon and the trigger spray is primed (this means pumping the trigger up to 15 times to move product from the bottle into the trigger head). If you are still experiencing problems please contact our customer service team.

You do not need to rinse surfaces after use. However if using on food prep areas make sure you rinse the surface before direct contact with food to avoid tainting.

Zoflora Bathroom cleaner is formulated to tackle tough bathroom cleaning (such as the removal of soap scum and limescale) leaving your bathroom beautifully clean and fragrant.

Turn nozzle to on position and keep bottle upright. Spray directly onto bathroom surfaces ensuring full coverage. To kill bacteria, leave on surfaces for 5 minutes and wipe away. Do not mix with other chemicals or cleaning products.

<5 % Non-ionic and ionic surfactants (cleaning), lactic and formic acid (disinfecting), and perfumes (to deliver great fragrance)

You can use Zoflora Power Bathroom Spray on Bathroom sinks, Shower Screens, Taps, Bathtubs, Tiles and Toilets. 

Do not use on marble, granite or damaged surfaces. Always test on an inconspicuous area first.

Zoflora bottle is made of R-PET using 50% PCR (post-consumer recycled resin).
