The cold months are finally behind us and it’s time to dust away the winter cobwebs and get the house in order. A spot of spring cleaning won’t just freshen up your home, it’ll also freshen up your mood ready for the warmer days. It’s not just your house that needs a good annual spring clean though – there are a whole host of outdoor areas that need tackling too. Put the work in now and on the first sunny day you can sit back and enjoy the sunshine!
Bins
As warmer days arrive, so too do whiffy wheelie bins and their buzzy mates, flies. Avoid this by swilling out your bin with diluted Zoflora to keep those bin baddies at bay. You could also try Zoflora Bin Gel – a unique spray that clings to the inside of your bin killing odour causing bacteria.
Garage

If you’re green-fingered, chances are you’ll be spending a lot of time pottering around in the greenhouse in the coming months. It should be pretty clear at the moment, so take the opportunity to clean and disinfect the glass and shelves to destroy any pests and disease that could potentially harm your plants.
Car
Ok, so it’s technically not a garden area, but can you remember the last time you cleaned the inside of your car? If not, now’s the time to do it! Car interiors can harbour all sorts of germs and bacteria and a shabby, neglected interior can seriously damage the car’s resale value. Plus, there’s nothing quite like that clean car feeling, so shampoo and vacuum mats, vacuum the upholstery, then clean and disinfect the surfaces and interior glass. Then go for a drive and bask in your new clean car!
