Hygiene on the go
It’s also imperative to maintain hygiene when we’re out and about. Areas like handrails on buses, lift buttons, escalators, car door handles, playgrounds, taps and kettles in shared kitchens, and shopping trollies are all likely to have been touched by many people, which means they could be infected with a virus. If it’s not convenient to wash your hands, use an antibacterial hand sanitiser regularly to kill germs on your hands.
Don’t panic!
It’s easy to get caught up in the media maelstrom, but remember that as long as you keep up your hygiene, you’re doing everything you can. Enjoy yourself!
